Reflection
As far as I can remember this is the first time that I completed the Christmas Midnight Mass for 9 consecutive days. As I entered the church earlier I am feeling so grateful and blessed that Mother Mary has blessed and given me the courage to lift up my intentions to the Lord through Her divine intervention.
As I attend the mass daily I made sure that I am getting the message of the gospel to remind myself that I am going to the church not just to pray for my wants and wishes but to obtain, absorb and ponder upon the word of the Lord.
Here are God’s message that struck me most for the past 9 days.
Repent- Go back to the Lord and confess your sins. Decide that you want to change the mistakes that you have done in the past.
Rejoice- Let us celebrate and all be excited as we prepare for the birth of the Lord Jesus. The real reason why we are celebrating Christmas.
Be generous, reach out to the poor and the needy as this is what Christ is asking from us.
Do not give up on your faith because our God is a God of surprises. Let us all be excited for the blessings and surprises that He has prepared for us.
Do not be afraid, God will not let you go through a suffering that you cannot afford. Welcome God in your hearts.
Be grateful because you are blessed. Be grateful because you are blessed. Be grateful because you are blessed.
In the Lord you will find hope and joy even if you’re in pain.
Love selflessly and be generous even without counting. Raise your child this way and be a role model.
