A girl named Cindy Kimberly 17, working as a baby sitter posted a photo of herself on Instagram. While Justin Bieber accidently came across her photo and posted "OMG ; who is she".And posted her photo in his account.

She has then been signed by a Spanish modelling agency , and has quit her baby sitting job . (Do this world even need talent anymore or just good looks?)
