The scourge of environmental and energy-related issues has greatly affected many third world countries who are on the verge of dropping in the pursuit of the UN sustainable development goals. It is clear that a lot has to be done to meet those targets however due to the economic capacity of such countries creating the reality of such a country, that closes the gap of social stratification through the building of a country that allows free and impartial opportunities that can be harnessed by all in the creation of wealth, would be at a very high cost.

Certain issues are being faced by the third world countries as regards the UN requirement of reducing maternal and neonatal mortality and also putting an end to outbreaks such s HIV, Tuberculosis and Hepatitis by 2030. Most are on a long step from achieving this goal due to a sub-standard health facility and economic state as not many can afford the bills of the health centers which gives the country less control over the number of birth rates since some citizens don’t even use the health facility provided.

The weather has been causing certain damages which wear down our environment such as earthquakes, flooding, cyclones, whirlwinds and tsunamis. These disasters lead to death and destroys properties and third world countries are lacking in equipment to properly monitor these events.
Amenities for Cities and communities.
The city is the center for development and plays a crucial role in the country. Many cities in the third world countries are facing a lot of challenges as the amenities needed to be supplied are not supplied. Most of the challenges faced are electricity, congestion and infrastructures.
