EXPLOSION OF ELECTRICAL WIRING IN THE BRIDGE OVER THE LAKE OF MARACAIBO.
Approximately 4:00 in the morning of Friday, an explosion was recorded in the substation 3 located in the head of the Bridge over the lake of General Rafael Urdaneta Maracaibo, which is still investigating its origin, because the government in turn indicates that it was a sabotage and the opposition imdicated that it was negligence.

CONSEQUENCES AFTER THE FAILURE.
The electrical failure occurred on Friday has generated a negative impact on the community of Zulia state due to the deficiency of more than 300 Mw. that were transmitted in that circuit to replace the electric power of the capital city Maracaibo, This failure has caused the following deficiencies in the state of Zulia:
- Without electricity in 50% of the housing of the capital for more than 40 continuous hours.
- Deficiency in cellular communication system.
- Communication platform of banking lines without connection.
- Closing of shops, ports and airports.
- Loss of food products by cutting the refrigeration chain.
- Internet and television services closed.
- Clinics and hospitals affected.
CAUSES OF ELECTRICAL DEFICIENCY.
- Lack of maintenance lines of electrical transmission.
- Deficiency of thermal energy by paralyzed and dismantled generation turbines.
- Inefficiency and improvisation.
- Escaping qualified technical personnel in search of better quality of life in other countries.

The Venezuelan government must make a major investment to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants, mainly from Zulia state.
