Lushnjë, Albania
First: There is nothing important to see. So don't go to this city.
The City don't look nice. In Downtown there are a small shitty Park, a dilapidated museum with a realy polite director (He explain all the exhibits in English) and the Congress of Lushnjë (Photo). In Januar 1920 all delegates of Albania meet here and discussed over the internal and national security. It's the secound Important event of Albania after the declaration of independence. Now It's a Museum, but you have to call to open it. Oh, and this Building is also dilapidated.
I sleep there in the Hotel Pilo Lala. Rooms are cheap and with air conditioner!
