I heard there are some cases in China where people refuse to sell their native homes.

In some cases the real estate corporations buy the property around the house to encircle the single owner that won't sell. Then they dig big ditches so it's impossible for the residents to travel to and from their home.

It probably doesn't happen that often but I read about it and saw a video on YouTube. Does that ever happen in Malaysia? @dolphinstudios
