I feel that I have been touching on dirty things and I am not cleaning, washing nor sanitizing my hands. I decided to use hand sanitizer every now and then. I also made a reminder in my phone that I set every hour. This will remind me to clean my hands
I don't know if this will be good to me because I know that too much cleanliness is also not adviseable.
