How to prepare clericot

The clericot is a refreshing alcoholic beverage, I will teach how to do it with and without alcohol, let's go.

We need:
¼k of strawberries
¼k of grapes
½k of watermelon
2L of mineral water
1L of red wine or sangria

First you have to chop strawberries, watermelon and grapes in small squares and serve them in a jar.
Add sugar and let rest for 8 hours.
Add the red wine (or sangria) and the mineral water.
Put in the refrigerator a few minutes before serving.
