How vulnerable is your country and the area where you live to climate change?
Ever heard the name of a country Bangladesh? Well I am from that country. If you list down the top ten vulnerable countries affected by climate change around the world, you will get the name.
It's located in South Asia beside India and near the Pacific ocean. So it is very close to the sea level. Every single year the north part of the country have to face flood because the ice is melting down and the sea level continuously rising. And the flood made the soil and water salty. The salinity level is now became so high that people have no drinking water and all the crop field became useless for cultivation. No natural water source left to cultivate sweet water fish. Can you imagine how terrible the situation is?
Other than that we have other climate change problem. We got much more thunderstorms these days and hundreds are being killed every year because of that.
The South part of the country facing Drought. Enough rain is not there and the rivers are barraged by India. So the crop cultivation became a real problem there.
Different NGO, social worker, international activities working on this issue and trying to make the life better.
Let's hope for the best.
Unless your not on planet earth when you wrote this you can be pretty sure we are all in the same boat (/ark)

Yeah that's true, I always feels that way. But surprisingly the policy makers from the developed country are not ready to accept that.
They may give funds to us to fight the climate change problem but can't make enough efforts to impose rules to those who are more responsible for climate change.
