2014年3月1日，昆明火车站暴恐事件，恐怖分子持刀袭击了昆明火车站，这次事件导致有的人受伤，因此失去了宝贵的生命，很多人直接认为是新疆维吾尔族通报所作所为，这明显是对少数民族的其实，虽然新疆靠近巴基斯坦，吉尔吉斯坦... ...，但是这次事件后期被澄清不是维吾尔族同胞所谓，也充分说明了我国名族的团结性，虽然有个被人或吉他想分裂中华名族，但是不可能的，中华民族是一个整体，缺少任何一个民族都不行，整体和部分是缺一不可。民族团结则国强。
