[sportstalk] Abdominal Exercise Summary | 锻炼腹部小结

我在我之前的一些帖子里说了这么多锻炼腹部的运动，现时我也只能写这么多了，当然除了这些运动以后了解更多时有机会再写。

有兴趣的也可以在做这些运动时配合器材，比如增加哑铃、壶铃等。可以做一些变体运动，比如可以做一些卷腹的变体，增加锻炼量。

如果能每天坚持20分钟左右去锻炼就好了，但我没能每天坚持下来，看着简单的动作又不需要器材增加重量但还是很累的。

运动过程中要注意安全！
