脆皖鱼肉
很喜欢吃鱼，这家店我第3次来了，每次去看我表妹就一起去这里吃，这家店的鱼很有特色，专门做脆皖鱼的店，脆皖鱼，广东顺德的比较出名，好像就是养鱼的时候，用很大的水流一直冲着皖鱼，让他们不断游动，所以鱼肉会非常的爽脆。尤其是鱼腩的部位最好吃。
今天我们来大太早了，5点多就到了，人不多，到了晚上7点公司下班了就开始人多起来，基本上都是需要预约才有位了。一进门就看到个大鱼缸。
今天还是点这个酸汤底，酸辣加上鱼肉特别好吃。两个人的份量，这样差不多了，都是鱼肉。
这个鱼腩非常的脆，肥的地方一点都不腻，鱼柳比较短，吃起来也不错。放入锅里煮一下就可以吃了。
最后这碟椒盐鱼骨，也被我们啃个干净，下次还要来这里。

我平时去吃脆皖,也是这样各种吃法，偶尔最后来个杂菜，其他什么都不点，很是美味过瘾
脆皖真好吃，还有一些一鱼三吃的也很棒
