今天准备的便当就是 将将将将!非常简单的料理,省时省力又不油腻~
就是有点睡迟了,没办法,来个简单点的。

材料:鸡胸肉、大葱、萝卜、鸡蛋、意大利面、西兰花、蒜头、黑胡椒,酱青,番茄酱,麻油,蚝油

  1. 将鸡胸肉、萝卜、大葱切块而蒜头切碎
  2. 如果想要肌肉更入味,就需先腌制。首先,加入蔬菜油将蒜头炒香,再放入鸡肉于锅内翻炒,加黑胡椒调味。
  3. 加入萝卜和大葱,翻炒几下再加入酱青、番茄酱、麻油、蚝油,依照个人口味调味,炒至熟即可上桌啦
  4. 另一方面则放入意粉于一锅水煮熟,蒸西兰花。
  5. 再煎粒蛋,便当就完成啦!!

#要睡觉还是要便当

Jiang Jiang Jiang Jiang! Bento of the day! It's a simple, time-saving preparation.
As I woke up late today, I have no choice but to prepare a simple one for my lunchie~

Ingredients: chicken breast, onions, carrots, egg, spaghetti, broccoli, garlic, black pepper, sauce, tomato sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce

  1. Chop chicken breast, carrot, onion, garlic into small pieces.
  2. Pickled chicken is recommended if you prefer a heavier taste. First, fry garlic pieces with vegetable oil, followed with the addition of chicken breast and seasoned it with black pepper.
  3. Add in carrot and onions, fry them with the addition of tomato sauces, sesame oil, oyster sauce, the amount is based on own taste and preference. Continue frying until they are cooked, then they are ready to serve~
  4. On the other hand, cook spaghetti in a pot of water and steam broccoli
  5. Fry an egg. Bento is READY~ Finally~
