Is Prague expensive for a budget traveler? 布拉格對預算旅客來說昂貴嗎？
Hello steemians,
Even though Prague is not dirt-cheap as it once used to be, you will still find the Czech Republic to be decently priced for an independent travel. If you avoid over-priced downtown for your meals, do not stay in expensive hotels and use public transportation to get around not just Prague but to explore the country as well you might be nicely surprised that it is still fairly affordable compare the other European destinations.
Rough costs:
Daily budget: Basic €40 to €50
Drink: Pilsner Urquell €1.50
Food: Pork and dumplings €5
Hostel/budget hotel: €15/€40
Travel: Train: Prague–Olomouc €12

I was in the Czech Republic three times, the last time in 2016 and by experience I know. Where in Prague is inexpensive and tasty to eat. It is best to visit the beer (pivnice) ,. In them you can eat well, and taste delicious beer. In addition, you can eat inexpensively in Prague in pizzerias, bistros, snack bars (občerstvení) where simple meals are served. It is possible and restaurants with Asian cuisine.
Advice: on weekdays in restaurants it is better to order (business lunch) - so you will save considerably. there usually includes a main course, a salad, a dessert and a drink.

Oh, absolutely, especially in Prague! However, overall we are very much into meat and sausages.......
That's a good price for travelers.
Here in Ukraine, Lviv city:
Hostel- 8-15€
Breakfast- 3-5 € ( latte 1-1,2 €)
Drink- 1-2 € for a beer.
Buss- 0,12 € in the city.
So we have lower prices than in Prague but if to compare with others cities in Europe it's not so expensive.
