感想 / Feeling

Frankly, after a week of splurge pushing in extra calories, I felt seriously weak. I can hardly feel my arms working whilst pushing myself up. I developed knee pain whilst doing squats, perhaps too much meat and too much ice? Not to mention that, after the workout sweat has been splashed all over my face and my hair, and to my horror this photo shows my hair line racing upwards in exponential speed! I got an even larger area of forehead now! I'm losing hair rather quickly nowadays. I really need to consider shave them before it's too late.

老实说，过了一个星期的放肆，吃尽天下美食后，我觉得体力大不如前。做掌上压时几乎推不起自己的上半身。深蹲时，膝盖酸痛。感觉上可能是吃太多肉类和喝冰太多了吧。别的不说，运动完毕满脸满头汗时发现我的发线开始往上移了！额头越来越高了怎办？最近的脱发问题越来越严重。正在考虑要不要剃光算了。我不想搞西门吹雪了。
