I believe China is actually adopting cap and trade. I don't know the details of the policy though. I hope they are doing cap and trade for more than just CO2 though.
I'm going to resteem this one, and I don't resteem very much.
Recently, Chinese government is trying hard to fight with this problem. Hopefully, we will see some results soon. Even this winter they made a big progress I think. Thanks a lot for your resteem and upvote, I appreciate it.
