As a necessity of household and traveling: Lao gan ma, I was told to take Lao gan ma before going abroad every time.

Actually, Lao gan ma is not so expensive as we think, and it is not super high price on the internet.

In Europe, the price of Lao gan ma is around 2.3 euros/bottle in the supermarket, so we don't need to take it from China next time! 😃
