Yum! I love great, spicy Thai food and the Gang Phed Ped Yang sounds amazing. We don't have that at any of the Thai restaurants near where I live (in California). But, I'll keep my eyes peeled for when I'm in a bigger city (or if I'm in Thailand!). From one food writer to another, thanks for sharing!
