19岁高血压我还有救吗？I am only 19 years old but got high blood pressure, what should I do?

这几天感觉身体状态不太好，今早便去医院看医生，医生说我高血压，170/90，我才19岁，除了吃药控制和运动，我还有其他办法吗？我还有救吗？

This few days I feel my body not very well so I go to clinic this morning and doctor say I have high blood pressure, 170/90, I only 19, except take medicine and exercise, got other ways or not? Am I still saving?
