Hello, great post!

Meditate and have routines to release stress, are necessary methods to unlock our bad energies.

No doubt the example of dental floss is perfect. All regardless of our activity we must drain, reset and release harmful elements. For some people everything is simpler for others, something complicated.

Walking for you is perfect, without a doubt traveling is one of my favorites, listening to music, a song can give us more energy than a black coffee.

Maybe the form matters little, while it is something healthy, the most important thing is to have that way of escape that allows us to start again and continue growing in this wonderful stage called life.

Relaxing post !!

At the end of the day, there are several paths leading to Rome, and so there are several methods to reach the same outcome. What matters is the intention we set of ourselves while going through the process.
