The sweet within bitter, this is how I love the taste of an Piccolo sized Americano. Was out of milk, so just made a size of black coffee to filled my night with some more focus. Learning from tasting coffee when it smells aromatically decent, tasted bitter but comes with different after taste. Opportunity in life is like a cup of coffee, you smell the aroma, you go for a sip, first it may be bitter, take it slow and adjust, wait for the after taste while taking in the bitterness. With some patience, the satisfaction kicks in after finishing up the cup.
