Providing Customer Support at the Next Level of Excellence

During the process of redesigning the excc.co main website we were particularly focused on including features to make the site informative and helpful to everyone interested in our coin and services. This time, we have gone even further to increase the prominence of EXCC’s presence online by adding a dedicated Support Center.

Excellent Customers Service is Our Number One Priority
From the inception of EXCC, our goal was to develop and maintain excellent customer service. We strive to be responsive, helpful, and to provide everyone with satisfactory answers. So far, our Support Team has been available via email and support tickets, and we also have an active account on Twitter. Through these communication channels, we quickly respond to provide answers to all questions.

However, due to the added products, we observed that many questions are repetitive and the scope covered by the current FAQ section is not sufficient. This is why we decided to create a dedicated Support Center for both EXCC and xchange.me.

While developing the Support page, we focused on two main features:

first, improving the communication flow between the Support Team and the users, and
creating a knowledge hub for all products.
