Sometimes the truth is tough. But it also has a positive side: in this case, it makes us free. When we understand how much time we actually have, and stop trying to save it bit by bit — for example, trying to drive so as not to stand at traffic lights. It's not time management. Real time management means filling your life with the things that worth doing.
