Organic Black Beans Smart and Final San Diego California
I wrote about rinsing black beans before I use them last week and this this the kind I bought at my local Smart and Final in San Diego California.
The yellow label on the can mentions fiber, no preservatives and added sea salt in the spicy variety I get. I might be washing all that of when I rinse them, but I am still doing it. I really do not like the goopy stuff the is in the can.
