📷 #Color Challenge - Thursday Green - Coffee Berries

Hi everyone! Sharing my Thursday Green #ColorChallenge and #macrophotography.

These coffee berries are eaten by the Civet Cat to produce coffee beans called Civet Cat Coffee. My thesismates and I went up to Kalinga to do research about this Civet Cat Coffee. Upon researching we found out that Kalinga is one of the best places to plant coffee trees because of the weather they have there. Going up to this plantation, along the road you can smell through the breeze of the trees the smell of coffee. We didn’t able got a chance to see the Civet Cat (Musang) because the are wild in the forest. Someone told us that they do not put on cage the Civet Cat because they easily die when they are caged and also it will affect the taste of the coffee, that’s why they are wild in the forest.
