Cliveden's Camassia Leichtlinii

Here you go then, my first flower post from our day at Cliveden.

These beautiful indigo flowers are called Camassia leichtlinii and are originally from damp meadowlands in North America. I've not seen them before in the UK but I am very happy for them to be here. 😁

As you can see these pretty flower would be perfect for a wild flower meadow. They will happily grow in moist soil or partial shade as long as they don't become waterlogged.
