Color Challenge - Orange Tuesday - New Leaves

It is almost hard to believe that this leaf will eventually turn from almost fall-like colors to a brilliant spring/summer green soon. I'm pretty sure this is an oak. Exactly what kind...no idea. Found here in the Ozarks.
