Dear steemians, health issues has been increased exponentially after the introduction of process and packed foods. Obesity, hypertension and diabetes is a common disease as a result of increase consumption of process/packed food.
You see more obese person in your life. Obesity is the condition when your Body Mass index number is more than 30. Body mass index is the ratio of Body weight/mass and height. If you want to calculate your BMI it's simple.

All you need to know about your weight in Kg and height in meter.
BMI = weight/ (height x height)
Calculation basis is metric unit
weight/mass in "Kg"
Height in meter

Suppose you have mass of 100 Kg
and your height is 1.75 meter
your BMI will be = 100/(1.75 x 1.75) = 32.65
This BMI values lie in Class 1 Obesity,

Class 1 value lies b/w 30 to 35.0
Class 2 obesity lies b/w 35.01 to 40
Class 3 Obesity lies above 40

Process/packed foods may delicious in taste but it creates a bad impact on your health. Trans fats are used in packet food to increase the shelve life of food. Consuming trans fats increase the chance of high cholesterol, heart attack and heart stroke. Packed food also rich in sodium salt, which may increase your chances of hyper tension. so my friends try to avoid packed food.

Lays my favorite snacks but it contains high quanity of sodium. so my friends always try to eat healthy food and enjoy quality life. what is your opinion?
