Colorchallenge : Eating plenty of fruits reduce the risk of many diseases.

For today's #colorchallenge Saturday Indigo I want to capture these several color of fruits. This is a contest initiated by @kalemandra.

Eating plenty of fruits reduce the risk of many diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure, and some cancers. Fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals that help you feel healthy and energized. Fruit are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folate. Women of childbearing age who may become pregnant and those in the first trimester of pregnancy need adequate folate. Folate helps prevent neural tube birth defects. People who eat fruit as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases.

Indigo color is the combination of deep blue and violet. Here a lot of fruits collection in my children's drawing school. So i took a photo these several color of fruits.
