Today It is A Free Day in Berlin- International Women Day
It is so funny to see how quick our government can realize a political decision especially if it is driven by socialist international ideology. Please do not get me wrong equality of sexes is a high good but was there no German public holiday which has been available? The international women day has been chosen by Berlins red-red-green government about 8 weeks ago. That has been a real fast realization of a UN organized celebration day.

International women's day? So how is it a free day? What goes on? How are women free? Here in America I know a girlfriend or wife is not cheep. LOL Love the blue as it reminds me of my childhood and the blue of Lake Michigan by Chicago. Blessings and thanks for making me smile @lichtblick
Hahaha. Here in Germany only Berlin has chosen to make a day free because the Berlin people have less more free days then other German federal states. Thank you very much.
