Here is my newest contribution to colorchallenge thursdaygreen by @kalemandra. Today I show you my brand new training gadget. It is called TOGU Brasil.
The handles with its spiked knobs are filled with 270 grams of sand each and is ideal for releasing tension in the back.

Releasing back tension is good. You mean they count the grams of sand in each of those? Nice thanks for sharing
