Dear Steemians!

Today I captured pictures of the Lemon fruit (Citrus limon). I found this Lemon fruit in my nearest garden. Juicy, Acidic, Yet flovarful, Lemon is one of the most widely used citrus fruit worldwide. Botanically this citrus fruit belong to the family of Rutaceae, in the genus, citrus. Lemon are on excellent source of vitamin C Ascorbic Acid), good source of B-complex vitamins such as Pantothenic acid, Pyridoxine and Folates.

आज मैंने नींबू के फल (साइट्रस लिमोन) की तस्वीरें लीं। मुझे अपने निकटतम बगीचे में नींबू का फल मिला। रसदार, एसिडिक, फिर भी flovarful, नींबू दुनिया भर में सबसे व्यापक रूप से इस्तेमाल साइट्रस फल में से एक है। वनस्पति विज्ञान यह साइट्रस फल रटेशे के परिवार से संबंधित है, जीनस, साइट्रस में। नींबू विटामिन सी एस्कोरबिक एसिड के उत्कृष्ट स्रोत है, बी-कॉम्प्लेक्स विटामिन जैसे पैंटोथेनिक एसिड, पाइरोडॉक्सिन और फोलेट्स का अच्छा स्रोत।
