Colorchallenge :::: the beautiful of sky and sea

The earth's atmosphere contains small gas molecules and particles (granules) of dust. The sun that enters the atmosphere meets the gas molecules and the dust particles. Light colors that have longer waves of light such as red and yellow, can pass through the molecules of gas and dust before. But the blue color that has shorter waves of light reflected back into the atmosphere. That's why the sky looks blue. The same principle applies also to water in the sea or lake that looks blue. When the sky is cloudy white whether the color of the sea will turn white too. Apparently not. Thus the color of blue sea or sky is not from the reflection of the sky or sea color. Oh yes, the nature of water and air passes on the light instead of reflecting light like the kind of solid thing. Another proof, the color of the water that the clear lake remains blue when the weather is cloudy. If the color is not blue, but green may be the lake is a lot of green algae. Whereas if the color is milky white may be due to mud that resulted in murky, but not the reflection of cloud colors in the sky.
