#TBT Carnival Party (Popular Traditions)

And these were the balloons that were left over from this year's carnival parties.

For those who do not know, in Venezuela, during carnival the children and adolescents who live in certain popular and/or residential sectors gather in a nearby street to get wet with these balloons filled with water mainly, because there is also the custom of supplementing the fun using chicken eggs (🐓) but for economic effects, better stay with the balloons ... (😇)

And how do you prepare for this whole battle?

Well to summarize...

First, the members collect the money days before to buy the packages of balloons that are obtained mainly in Chinese supplies, then they remember the day or days of game depending on the amount of ammunition.

Second, when the day arrives, several members of the group of this armed force of balloons meet previously in some house to fill them with water and protect them in a tobo filled with water so that they do not explode while being transported to the place where the battle will take place.

And finally, once prepared, with the tobos (container) well distributed and each one in the best attacking position, they mark the beginning of the game and pursue each other to get wet until there are no more balloons left. (😄)

If the excitement and desire to have fun are very great, you choose to fill the tobos or water containers to continue the struggle until the tiredness. 💦 (😅)

And with this I'm going to confess something. You delay more preparing the balloons than playing! (Hehe) But it's still fun. (😉)

Important point to know for those who are not part of the game: If you are near any of these war zones, please look for another way to go because you will probably also have to bring a refreshing carnival bath! 💦 (😄)
