I wouldnt call myself a cinefile but i do like me a good Action, Adventure, Animation, Biography, Comedy, Crime, Documentary, Drama, Family, Fantasy, History, Horror, Musical, Mystery, Romance, Sci-Fi, Superhero, Thriller, War, Western movie. :D
Anyways... I find there to be 2 good seasons for movies, when we get so many competent movies, that you can always find something for yourself.
- Summer season, yeey..
- Christmas season...
The first one has passed and we had quite a bit of time during the post-summer period, with a lot of "meh, might as well go watch it so im not in my moms basement" movies... I watched a few of those.. First one i did a review on. The Black Klansman. And the second i watched a few days ago (free tickets) but i couldnt remember the name of it even if threatened to call me a fag. ;).
Its the one with Gerard Butler where hes in a submarine saving the Russian president and trying to stop the third world war.. Its a weird movie with a weird premise. And im sure Putin loved it.
But now comes the Christmas season. You could say it started with "Bohemian rhapsody" but thats still a bit early...
Im about to go browse the web for a few minutes so stick around till i return

Anywaaays....Moving on....
The movies i look most forward to never really have to do much with the genre or the general expected quality or the movie. My "anticipation" mostly has to do with me drinking too much coffee and expecting the movie to deliver something interesting in whatever way it can, or simply providing me a good time (with or without alcohol).
Talking about alcohol...
I do love to go to the movie theater during winter. You never have to pay for those damn expensive popcorn or drinks in their cinema shop... Just stack up in your nearby Lidl, Wallmart, Tommy and stuff your coat pockets with beer cans.
Its recommended to take a girl with you so you dont even have to pay for the popcorn. Just get your date to put the popcorn bag under her shirt.
Is she pregnant or is hiding a popcorn bag under her shirt?
Trust me... They will not check.
Just dont do this on the first date. You dont want her to get the wrong idea.
Not that youre cheap..... because its clear youre a money saver, husband material... rather you dont want her to get thoughts in her head about having babies.. If you suspect that happening, once the lights go off just sneak out to the bathroom and run! dont forget your beer.
She can take the bus back home.

Ok so i found a few.
Holmes and Watson:
Honestly.. This movie looks pretty horrendous, even by my standards. A sort of parody and... Actually theres no "and", its just a parody. But it looks interesting, i have to say that..
I love Will and Rilley and that alone is worth the price of the ticket for me. Sometimes i just want to be a 9 year old laughing at people falling down and Will Ferrell making stupid faces in a bad British accent. So why not? Ill go watch this.

What can you say about this trailer. Sharks, pretty girls, buff guys, robots, squids, crocodiles, explosions and a lot more blabla..
Its a superhero movie and as we all already know:
You are supposed to go watch superhero movies because they are superhero movies.

Now heres something that is worth watching. It doesnt get any more testosterone filled then watching the new movie in the "Rocky" series.. Drago returns, Creed 2.0 (though a bit on the short side), angry looks, revenge, drama, boxing, strength of human spirit and resolve.... All those great things back on the screen again.
If you dont like Rocky and youre a guy.... Then youre probably a Jerry.
