In the military, there's a tradition that if ever there is a misunderstanding of the orders, it is ALWAYS the fault of the commander. While this video recitation stretches that tradition to the limit, it demonstrates a level of 'creative insubordination' that can only be admired by anyone who was ever 'other ranks.'

And hence ... it's qualifies.
