Sadly this amazing history of Naoko Takeuchi don't has an anime version, but this series has an manga version where you can find how Minako Aino gain his powers and become sailor V.
The manga has 3 volumen where you can find how minako Know she is an reencarnation of the goddess Venus.
Minako Aino is a 13-year-old teenager, with a very irreverent character, not a very good student and who strives to get a boyfriend. His life changes when Artemis, a white cat with a crescent moon on his forehead speaks to him and reveals that he is the reincarnation of a protector of the Earth and his mission is to defend the inhabitants of the planet.
