Makes you realize just how much the comic ads changed from the 1980s to 90s.
Also these are Image ads versus what Marvel or DC would accept at the same time. Half the ads here though are just promo their own material lol.
By that time, I think the way people advertise just plain changed. TV exploded so people around that time suddenly had a jillion tv channels that had advertising, and this thing called the internet came along that changed the way people communicate and advertise forever.
