I love the Marvel universe for all it's crazy detail!... I'm afraid I got lost in the rabbit hole after following the marvel wiki link that you gave... and then I got completely lost in your post, not knowing exactly which was a joke and what wasn't!

Wait I think I got a bit confused here lol. With so much characters in the Marvel Universe, I didn't know that he existed. I thought it was a joke but Marvel Wiki says it all.

This reminds me of the concept of Uber, or AirBnB. We spend years teaching our kids not to get into a stranger's car, or go into their house, but then the second someone slaps a business name on it, we say: go right ahead. There's many examples, such as this, that society either misses, or chooses to ignore!! Having said that, I'd never really contemplated the 'darker' side of the whole Santa thing!
