Generic Kung-Fu Superhero Sidekick of course new about the fail-safe. Which is why he was stalling for Sticky Buns to get back upstairs before letting Kickman bust a foot on Mr. Luthor. It never gets old outsmarting the super genius.
And as you can see, he REALLY wanted to be in that Avenger’s Victory pose. I think it’s safe to say that the battle is won once the pose has been struck.
Be honest, how many of you were humming the Avengers theme music in your head when you got to the final panel?
