This deserves a nice big fat upvote. This is why you're at a 77 (!!!!) reputation, @papa-pepper: because you come up with crazy ideas like the selfie contest and it ends up being really good for people.

They are just so time-consuming and labor intensive on my end that I've pushed them back and put them on hold for right now, but after this package and letter, it makes me think that it is time to start again!
I joined steemit just one year ago and you were already in full force with your Steem-Pocalypse contest. Since i was focused on learning about the platform and writing (unsure of what Steem-Pocalypse was too) I bypassed it.. but NOW! I am ready for it!!
I can only imagine. My days right now involve pretty much running from one thing to the next and Steemit is pretty tough to fit in there. I can only imagine what your schedule looks like at the moment. You've been quite generous with your time doing the seasons you've done so far!
Is there anything that might make them easier? I know @novaatebatman was helping with the steempocalypse clerical work, making her database and patrolling the comments and so forth. Is there some way to farm out portions of the labor so you don't have to monitor so much, maybe?
