1. "MAKING A DAILY ROUTINE TO CHECK STEEMIT"
If you really want to choose steemit as your main career platform, you must add steem to your daily routine. basically, by checking steem daily you will be aware of the trending topics on steem platform and if you find a familiar topic on which you can particularly write a blog then you can post it so that various other users will get attracted to your account and hence it will automatically affect (increase) your steem power. So always put this ROUTINE factor in your mind.
2. "BE ATTRACTIVE"
Always be attractive and clear with your ideas on this platform because it is only your idea which will make you succeed at steemit. Being attractive means using nice and well-managed content and images of the particular topic which you are using here, neat and well-managed blogs always attract users on your content and profile and hence your reputation will always be affected by the good format style which you will use in your upcoming blogs.
3."UPVOTE AND COMMENTING"
This process of upvoting and commenting on this platform will definitely make you to success at this platform, your upvoting and commenting on others posts will encourage other users also for doing the same at your posts which will result in higher income at this platform, after all we all are like family here to achieve our goals and help someone in need at this platform . doing upvoting and commenting will also lead to a massive increase in your followers on steem which will definitely affect your followers count as well as your reputation.

I hope you haven't given up on SteemIt. It is not easy to get started, but if you manage to struggle through those first couple of weeks, the hardest part is over.
