Thanks for the information―can you clarify what happens when an inactive account whose rshare weights have been redistributed begins posting/commenting after a 100+ day break?

Sort:  

Redistribution would happen once daily, at only a 1% rate. The account would quickly reach an equilibrium where their balance holds steady at ~100 days of accrued value, with the amount 'taxed' each day corresponding to the increase in their balance that day.

When they start posting or commenting again, it would reset the clock completely on their balance being taxed, and they would automatically receive upvotes at the normal rates (each upvote draws down 20% of their remaining balance).
