Yes, this is a good idea. I found about dtube when I was searching for an alternative for youtube. One of the reasons why I was searching for an alternative was because in youtube I've noticed that small content creators come and go. They post a lot of quality videos, but are simply not getting the attention they would deserve. They may get views but no comments and views are pointless, although of course important. If nobody comments on your video, how do you know what people really think about it? Video may also get likes, but leaving a comment requires so much more effort and time from the viewer than simply clicking the like button.

I hope that this community will some day grow into something that could compete with the likes of youtube. And that requires real people leaving real feedback. Communicating with each other :)
