As the hour drew closer and closer, every hearts beating to every passing second. Chatters of weariness but ever so determine to push through till the finish line. This was the song sung throughout the last few minutes of the 10k SP delegation contest by @theycallmedan. THANK YOU @theycallmedan for this wonderful contest! It was brought forth such positive effect on the blockchain. A healthy competition indeed.

The contest ended with @votovzla taking the prize. Congratulations, you guys deserve so much for your community and I trust your leadership will continue to build a great Steemitsphere for everyone! And for @team-cn for putting up a good competition!

This week has been an incredible week, no wait, the word 'incredible' is an understatement. It has been a PHENOMENAL week for many of us here in the #powerhousecreatives community discord. We have grinded and plowed through every corner of the Steem blockchain in search for support and rally of Steemians to aid in us winning this contest. Also an emotional week for many especially our leader, @jaynie.

A lady who holds such tenacity and dedication to rally our community to fight against all odds. Her eyes and ours have been set on the goal, overcoming every obstacles that came in and out this period of time. A true leader that has never waiver in the midst of every up and down. She has given more than what she could and will continue to give. I have no doubt #powerhousecreatives will continue to grow strong under her leadership.

Then came the community members or what I would like to call my family. These are the people that makes up the whole #powerhousecreatives community and without each and everyone of them, there won't be a community this outstanding. They have been supportive, determined, dedicated and have always looked out for one another. To be honest, I do not know what I would do without them. They've given me the encouragement and inspiration to push together and to give it my all.

You guys should see how crazy and frantic each of them were when they were rallying people. so crazy it was contagious.

Love you guys to the max! Thank you fam!

The Magnitude of Unity

This contest has not only united my community internally, but has also impacted the whole of the Steem blockchain. I was moved when I first received a personal message from @scrooger (founder of @qurator) saying that he will rally up with us. A guy who is a witness, already running a well-established community, coming to tell me that he will offer his support. A truly noble and humble leader.

They say 'great leaders are great witnesses'

Then came @freewritehouse by @mariannewest. The #freewrite that everyone loves doing. She came forth to offer to rally up with us in full support of her community. I was now in awe to see selfless and noble leaders such as them offering their full support to us. Along the way, leaders from other initiatives began to offer their support.

Here I would like to thank these initiatives and several key leaders who have made it happen for us.

My apologies if I have missed some communities and people, my brain isn't working that well either after a week long of sleepless nights. But I want to thank everyone who has supported our fight for and together with us. Even though we were short of just a few votes, #powerhousecreatives have already won.

I look forward to working alongside with many of you in time to come. I know that @jaynie has some plans up her sleeves which she would probably share with me later on when everything has settled down. But my hope is to see all communities working hand in hand building, edifying and uplifting one another in this blockchain.

Imagine just how far we can go if ALL of us(communities and steemians) will work together as ONE to fight for the Steem blockchain. We would've already conquered the world!

After all, we're all in this together.
