Toothstone
I think this design is settled. I might remove the eye though. I will write it up in such a way that the teeth, barbs and tentacles are retractable. So, it can hide in plain sight camouflaged as a rock. I guess it would be a mix of a Mimic and a Roper but more mobile and nasty.
