Unfortunately, it will very likely go unpunished, based on history. Who knows though? The evidence just keeps piling up, so we'll see.
It is DOJ's job to prosecute - but it is so political (donations to Clinton outnumbers Trump donations by 32 to 1) that there is nobody there with sufficient power that is in any way motivated to prosecute this wrong doing.
