Corruption is a silent disease that is widespread in all strata of society, mainly in large organizations, a clear example is the Odebrecht case, where even important politicians in various countries are involved, although the reactions to this were high, I must say that sadly we have become accustomed to this type of news, theft, bribery, blackmail, etc..

A lot of these things happen every day and they range from taking advantage of friendship so that the person in charge of the organization gives me advantages, paying the accountants to make up the reports, bribing them not to report irregularities within the company, putting people in high positions only to manipulate them, all these are common cases of corruption that are the cancer of the companies and happen day by day, part of this problem is the centralization of the command in these organizations and in the decision making behind the scenes.

Companies have always tried to establish an incorruptible system, but they have failed disastrously, one of the main reasons why this happens is that the systems they implement have failed from the start. The method of collaboration for setting up a business is flawed from the outset as usually only a small group of people run everything and make the decisions, the latter in itself is not a problem, but we all know that everyone is sensitive to bribes.
