IFC S1 R36 Results

We have the results in for another round, the object of this one was to assist @irvinesimages and there's also a bonus physical prize for this one of one of my fathers images worth around $70.
We had a bunch of amazing entries, though unfortunately.. Only one can win the round.. Who will it be..?

Whoa.. First of all I think that's the most judge votes we've ever had in a round yet, and second.. A 3 way tie! Between @kryptocek @plushzilla and @magicalmoonlight
I have to admit I'm kind of glad that this is going to a tie breaker, since there's an image worth around $70 involved, it seems fitting that it would be a little extra challenging!
Also @iexplore used a relic to vote for @plushzilla he used the Elixir of Influence and gains 10 xp!
In doing that he goes from 18th place now to 7th! Not only does that put him safely in the top 16, he also got to help out a fellow competitor and got plushzilla into this 3 way tiebreaker! A great choice in my opinion!
The object for this tie breaker round since I like to try to keep them in the same theme is... You must write a short blog post on this image I'm going to share below of my fathers. Around 100 words preferably.
In regards to what you should write/type.. I asked my father and he said.. He would like you to write about.. The first thought that comes into your mind when you see the image? And also.. What does the image say to you? Does it make you feel emotion?
Oh also when you're ready just make your blog post and leave it in the comments below like you normally would in a round.

Agreed! I think this is going to be an awesome tiebreaker! And lol.. I was going to express some opinions on the image but I think I'll wait as well! Also it is interesting how we started out with so many ties and have so many at the end as well! Should be fun to see how it plays out!
Wow, I have to agree with @plushzilla here and say that I am speechless. What a beautiful photo. Do we have the normal time frame for tie breakers to make a post?

Yes you have the normal time frame, however if all submissions are in before the 7 days deadline, we can judge the results sooner.
what is an elixir? a lot of judges wow!
I already explained the elixir on discord, but.. Yeah.. A lot of judges! I was hoping for a couple more even, though.. Couldn't really think of anyone else to ask. I like having more judges, it makes it feel more fair to me! So it's cool when we get a bunch helping like that. :D
yes, i saw the explanation but no worries. i know i wont win and i had no idea we could also judge and get a possible 10 xp or points for a secure win. maybe next season when we get a new person aftwr the beginning we can explain all the rules to them. just a thought. :)
You know you won't win what? The whole contest? I'd say the odds aren't good for anyone and it's incredibly difficult to win the grand prize, but.. You still have a chance. You're only a couple points away from the top 16, and you have at least 2 votes/points coming from the final round, and.. If you end up winning that round.. You will definitely be in the top 16.
I think you have a good chance to win the last round since you already have 2 votes and no one else has any votes yet. So.. Yeah.. I think you could still win the whole thing.
In regards to the judging and 10xp thing, that's an relic/item that allows you to do that. iexplore won his in an earlier quest.
The rules are all linked in every round we do eaglespirit.
I can't say 100% of them are there, it would be too long, we cover everything essential and if anyone has any questions they are free to ask.
The community is very helpful, and.. I apologize it's not where you'd like it to be yet, we're just getting started. Maybe in the future we can have like a full long manual with every single rule in it and all of the information, but right now we're still new and sort of creating it as we go.
no worries! thats why i mentioned for next season and id be happy to help explain to people, and maybe i could have asked more questions when i started too like “how does this contest work?” lol
i do not feel “where this should be” feeling, honestly i was here to meet people and the topics have been interesting. today charisma told me the winnings as i had no friggen clue it was that much! thats how “in tune” ive been to all the details. to amswer your question no i do not feel i could win the whole thig amd i think you mentioned that when i first joined. i came i super late anyways so there is no expectation. its great ifc is going so good and the work you all have put into it shows! congrats
That's nice of you to help explain how it works to new people. :) Some people pick it up pretty quick, but others have some difficulty, at the beginning we had a lot of people not understanding, so I had to go redo the rules like 3 different times, they were really long at first, but people said it was too long, so I made it shorter and easier, and then they said it was still too long so I made it shorter and easier, and that's what we have now. All of the older longer stuff is still there in the link if you look, but.. You gotta explore the rules a bit to find this stuff. Next season I think we'll do a better job of explaining the rules, though right now it is still a bit.. Uhh.. Funky so to speak, lol. But.. We're doing the best we can, as I mentioned.. it's a work in progress. :)
It's good you have a mindset of not worrying about winning, I think that's healthier and will give you a better chance of actually winning. But in all reality.. You do still have a chance and I think you'll probably make it into the top 16. I guess it's possible you won't something could happen, but right now my numbers are showing me that you will most likely just squeeze in at the end into the 16th spot, or if you win the 40th round, you'll be up in like.. 6th or 7th I think? Anyways.. I'm pretty sure you'll make it to the finals. :) But, in regards to winning the whole thing.. Who knows.. I can't predict who will win the whole thing. I'd like to lean towards kryptocek cause he's done amazingly well, but.. Even he could be taken out if someone else does a really great entry.. Who knows! It could be anyone of the top 16.

AND you spend a lot of time commenting back, so i am happy to help get the pamphlet of rules together. not sure you know but i am a paralegal and type fast and can get a small booklet together of the rules. maybe even if you have the old stuff that confused ppl. yeah i had no idea there were all these little nuances. shrugs.
like you said, its better and maybe healthier not to think about it so much but then i miss out on some little whammy. like the folks whove been in might be holding the 4 colored Wild card from Uno or some sheet. buahahahaahahh

PS... I just realized/remembered there's actually two inactive people ahead of you, so.. Technically.. You're already in the top 16 right now. And I think the 2 extra points you have coming will cement that.

Once again I am involved in a tier break but it doesn't seem to get easier :p It is another wonderful image and it actually made me feel rather speechless at first but obviously you can't really write nothing for a blog post :D I will try my best to gather my thoughts and put something down :) Also thanks to @iexplore for using the artefact to vote for me!
