Hey @averageoutsider, I have a question.
Suppose a person has been participating for a long time and has written an entry for every topic available, and to continue participating in future contests, would he either have to repeat topics (if that's allowed) or would he just have to hope that some new ideas are introduced?
Repeating topics 'is' allowed...Not a problem.
